1. The service
ShopLens provides privacy-first website analytics. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
2. Acceptable use
You may install our tracking snippet only on websites you own or are authorized to manage. You may not use ShopLens to collect personal data in violation of applicable law, to send unlawful content, or to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.
4. Usage limits
Each plan includes a monthly pageview allowance. If you exceed it we may pause data collection until the next cycle or ask you to upgrade. We aim never to lose your existing data.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
6. Termination
You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your data within a reasonable period.
