Ecommerce conversion analytics

See traffic, cart, checkout, and purchase activity together.

See visits, cart activity, checkout starts, purchase events, and reported order value in one dashboard. Each total stands on its own; ShopLens does not claim every shopper completed those steps in order.

Three questions in one view

See where visits came from, what shoppers did, and which purchases were reported.

ShopLens keeps each number inside the boundary of what the tracker or platform integration observed.

01

Where did visits come from?

Review observed referrers, UTM campaigns, top pages, device and browser categories, and country when available.

02

How many visits included cart or checkout activity?

Compare independent session counts containing cart activity or checkout starts during the selected period.

03

How many visits included a purchase?

See sessions containing purchase activity plus reported order values, kept separate by currency.

How to read the activity view

A useful comparison, not a journey ShopLens invents.

Cart, checkout, and purchase totals count measured sessions containing each action. Events can arrive late, out of order, or not at all. Use the view to compare observed activity, then use your commerce platform for individual orders, refunds, payouts, inventory, and financial reconciliation.

Ecommerce analytics FAQ

What the numbers can—and cannot—tell you.

Does ShopLens show a conversion funnel?

ShopLens compares independent session counts for cart, checkout, and purchase activity. Those counts help you see how common each measured action was, but they do not prove every session moved through one complete ordered funnel or identify a causal drop-off point.

Which ecommerce platforms can use this reporting?

WooCommerce can use the directly distributed WordPress plugin. Ordinary websites can send explicit cart, checkout, purchase, and order-value events from code they control. Shopify uses a separate managed app and Web Pixel path that is not publicly installable until Shopify approves the listing.

Is reported order value the same as store revenue?

No. ShopLens reports only the order values it receives and keeps currencies separate. It does not independently reconcile refunds, cancellations, taxes, fees, payouts, profit, currency conversion, or browser requests that never arrive.

Does ecommerce measurement set visitor cookies?

The ShopLens tracker does not set analytics cookies or build cross-site visitor profiles. The commerce platform, theme, payment service, ads, and other apps may still set their own cookies and create separate disclosure or consent duties.
