Pricing FAQ
Before you choose a plan.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. You can create a free ShopLens account without a card. The free plan includes one website and up to 1,000 pageviews per month.
What counts as a pageview?
A pageview is a page-view event accepted by ShopLens for one of your sites. Repeated views can each count. Conversion and custom events are reported separately but plan usage is based on pageviews.
What happens when I reach my plan limit?
Collection may pause for the rest of the billing period once the pageview allowance is reached. Existing reports remain available. ShopLens will not automatically move you to a paid plan or charge you without your approval. Upgrade before a known traffic spike if uninterrupted collection is important.
How does Shopify billing work?
Direct ShopLens accounts use the prices shown here in USD. When the public Shopify app becomes available, Shopify merchants will see and approve applicable app charges through Shopify. The listing and Shopify billing path are not live yet.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Direct subscriptions can be managed from the ShopLens billing page. Access continues through the paid period, subject to the Terms of Service. Shopify-based subscriptions will be managed through Shopify once that channel is available.
